REINFORCED CAPTAE

  The anti-odors Reinforced CAPTAE cover was designed to be adapted to all the possible industrial configurations.

  Whatever are the geometries of the basins, the type of installation concerned, or the needs for intervention of the users, the photo-catalytic anti-odors Reinforced CAPTAE cover can adapt because it is dimensioned and manufactured in order to answer to the problems of the owners.

  Reinforced CAPTAE cover is dedicated to the surface going from 1 m² up to 500 m² and can be made with several parts. The most current applications are the basins of liquid waste processing, basins plugs, purification stations, stations of composting, bio-filters...

  Reinforced CAPTAE is made with a PVC structure (see photographs below: blue parts) containing approximately 60% of active media (gray parts) combining absorption of the odorous molecules on activated carbon and destruction by photocatalysis on titanium dioxide. The cover is "breathing" i.e. it leaves the exchanges, such as evaporation, while collecting and while destroying, thanks to the solar action, the molecules responsible of pollutions as well olfactory as toxicological.

  Reinforced CAPTAE cover can be placed on a metal frame or at the surface of the basin supported by cables conferring an excellent behaviour on the bad weather and ensuring the safety of the users.
